RETURN POLICY

We maintain a 3-day standard return policy. That gives you 3 days from the time you received your purchase to request an exchange/return/refund. For you to qualify for a Return/Refund, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged or unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also require the receipt or evidence of purchase.

Note: Certain products/ services are not eligible for return/ refunds. These are Feeds, Medicines, Testing Kits, Seeds, and Services. Once you used any product/ services from these categories, the return will not be applicable. For the Equipment category, the product can be returned if not used or damaged.

Non-returnable or Exceptional Items - Certain kinds of goods are not returnable, such as perishable items (such as chicks, feeds,) or custom-made products (such as custom order items or personalized items) as well as personal care items. We do not accept returns for hazardous products like flammable liquids or gasses. We invite you to contact us for any concerns or questions about the specific item.

Damaged or Altered Delivery Package - Check your package upon receipt for non-damaged/non-altered packaging. If the product packaging is damaged or altered, please refuse to accept the order and notify us immediately. If you find that the item is damaged, or defective but packaging was okay during delivery or if you receive an incorrect item then contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. The return/ refund will be assessed and you will be informed accordingly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on gift cards/ promo codes, etc.

REFUND POLICY

Once the refund is approved, the buyer will be informed accordingly of the refund amount and how to return the products.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The refund may take up to 7-10 days from the refund issuance date. In the case of COD, the refund may take longer. The refund will be processed into the same payment method from which the 1st payment was made.

Shipping Returns  - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
